So, it came with most of the screws loose in the fittings (so as not to lose them I’m guessing) one screw however was too tight and the screw driver that came with it couldn’t loosen it. I thought my housemate being strong, could get the screw out… only for him to stupidly use a bread knife and cut his finger open resulting in a trip to A&E, blood all over everything and everywhere and me ending up buying a screwdriver to assemble the product. I wont post photos of the blood covered product as it is gory.My house mate has since had to have an operation. So basically, I’m giving this product 4 stars with having to buy a screwdriver to get the screw lose to assemble.

I bought this hanger mainly because they came with the foam pads. Previous hooks I had did their job well but destroyed my door with scratches ☹️. My door is a bit thin, so I used these pads in pairs and thankfully there were enough in the packing. Overall, the product looks very solid and well finished.

So, it came with most of the screws loose in the fittings (so as not to lose them I’m guessing) one screw however was too tight and the screw driver that came with it couldn’t loosen it. I thought my housemate being strong, could get the screw out… only for him to stupidly use a bread knife and cut his finger open resulting in a trip to A&E, blood all over everything and everywhere and me ending up buying a screwdriver to assemble the product. I wont post photos of the blood covered product as it is gory.My house mate has since had to have an operation. So basically, I’m giving this product 4 stars with having to buy a screwdriver to get the screw lose to assemble.
The door hanger is made of excellent quality, sturdy, strong, exactly as advertised by seller. I would have given it 5 stars but the screws are too small and fiddly and have to buy some slightly longer screws to fit in the hole so that it can stay in place over the door. Saying all that I would buy again, would recommend.
